I've tried pretty much every pick on the market (including the other V-Picks) over the past quarter of a century or so - it takes a lot for me to say "Wow!", but these Venoms did it.
They're the one pick I have tried which just seems to work for everything, and last for many, many hours of playing while keeping the tip shape, which is important for me. Yes, they're expensive, but they really are a good professional piece of kit - I mean, we spend hundreds on amps and effects, why flinch at spending more than 50p for something that effects the overall tone and feel of the instrument just as much?
Oh, and they're green. So, so green. This avoids the usual V-Pick "Aaargh! I just dropped a £4 pick and it's completely transparent!!" crisis, which usually results in stopped rehearsals while you (and other band members!) crawl around the floor like you were looking for a contact lens. :D
